Postage and Purchasing from Teaching Made Easy (FAQ) Postage and Handling Teaching Made Easy uses express postage within Australia to ensure you are using your new resources as soon as possible. Resources will be posted express mail within 24 hours of payment clearing. Within Australia Express Postage costs- $7.95 for one or two resources, $12.95 for three to ten resources and $19.95 for eleven or more resources. While all care is taken we cannot be responsible for items misplaced or damaged by Australia Post. International Orders are sent by Regular Air Mail. $12.95 for one or two resources $19.95 for three to five resources and $24.95 for five to ten resources For orders of more than ten resources Teaching Made Easy will contact you via email with exact postage costs based on the weight of your parcel. Confirmation of your order and payment will be expected after notification of exact postage costs. Returns If your item is not as described we will provide a full refund provided the item is returned in mint condition within 7 days. If your item has a fault we will replace the faulty item. We are service oriented and perfectionists however, occasionally errors can occur. Please give us the opportunity to correct any concerns. Thank you. Prices Prices and Delivery are subject to change without notice. GST All prices on this site are GST inclusive. Payment Facilities Payment can be made by direct deposit or Paypal. Payment is due within 5 days from date of purchase.
